11-14th February 2016 (Thursday-Sunday) – 1st edition of the ‘4 Design Days 2016’ - International Congress Centre (MCK), Katowice.
'4 Design Days' is the most important in southern Poland meeting of architects, designers, manufacturers, representatives of service providers and developers.
The event was attended by more than 3.5 thousand business guests and nearly 20 thousand visitors.
On the 11th and the 12th of February the following accompanying events for trade visitors were part of the '4 Design Days' event:
- Regional Property Forum Katowice,
- Housemarket Forum Silesia,
- 'Property Design Awards 2016' Gala,
- 'Housemarket Silesia Awards 2016' Gala.
Nearly 40 thematic sessions and presentations took place during the conference. They were covering, among others, the issue of the role of design in business development and the cities of the future.
The 13th and the 14th of February were days open to the public during the '4 Design Days'.
A discussion about what inspires and creates global trends in architecture and design was accompanied by the exhibition of more than 100 manufacturers of furniture and interior design, presentations of useful and design products and an independent design fair.
The organizers prepared also a zone with attractions for children and a space with catering. Meetings with experts, discussions, presentations and exhibitions were waiting for the visitors.
