Property Forum is the largest conference devoted to commercial real estate market in Poland and one of the largest in the CEE region.
The subject of the conference concerns the situation on the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe, with particular emphasis on the position that Poland occupies.
Property Forum are two days of debates, discussions and meetings of more than a thousand participants. Guests of the event are CEOs of the biggest companies and institutions operating in the sector of commercial real estate, investing in the market of shopping malls, office buildings, warehouses and hotels; commercial tenants, owners of commercial chains, the CEOs of the largest consulting agencies, architects and designers, as well as manufacturers of interior equipment and materials. Part in the event take also representatives of the central government and local authorities, representatives of financial institutions, investment funds and other persons having a real impact on changes in commercial real estate sector.
The summary of the first day of the Property Forum 2015 was the Prime Property Prize 2015 Ceremony Gala, which took place at the Fashion House Vitkac. Prime Property Prize 2015 Contest aims to emerge companies and projects, which had the biggest influence on events on the commercial real estate market last year, as well as personalities, whose spectacular actions played a key role in the development of the whole sector.
